We hired Vercammen Contracting to install our new front door. Tim Vercammen showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. He actually went over and above the call of duty, as our new door came with a few unexpected issues! Tim was consistently responsive when we needed to talk to him before as well as after he had installed the door, as the company we had purchased the door from was giving us a bit of a hard time. With Tim’s helpful advice, all was resolved and he then promptly scheduled the inspection to close the permit. The city’s inspector made a comment that he was familiar with Vercammen Contracting and while he obviously couldn’t openly praise Tim and the work that had been done, he pointed out to me where not only the work met the required standards, but exceeded them. Vercammen Contracting was a sub contractor for a company referred to me. Tim Vercammen and his crew, Mike and Derek, remodeled the outside of my house with vinyl siding, hurricane windows and doors. After seeing the years of water damage to my chimney, they totally rebuilt the frame and made it watertight. They also sealed areas in the foundation that needed repair. When the outside of my home was finished, they repaired an interior closet wall and updated my 40 year old master bathroom. During this pandemic I have been concerned about shopping for tile, vanities, fixtures, etc. I would tell Tim about products I was interested in and he would go and find them for me. He even made an extra trip to Ft. Myers to pick up bathroom floor tile. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or remodeling. Mike and Derek, his helpers, are also very professional and thorough. Quality of the job is very important to them. Everything looks great and I know will last for a long time. I look forward to working with them again!
